How We Do It
After extraction, the gold ore is transported to processing facilities where it undergoes crushing and grinding to reduce the size of the particles. The material is then treated using methods like cyanidation or carbon-in-pulp to separate gold from the surrounding material. Once it is isolated, the gold is smelted at high temperatures to remove impurities and produce gold bars or ingots of high purity. These refined gold products are prepared for distribution and use in jewellery, electronics, and financial markets.
The chromite ore we mine is transported to smelting facilities where it is mixed with reductants like coke or coal and fed into electric arc furnaces. Under intense heat, the chemical reaction separates chromium and iron from impurities, forming ferrochrome alloy. The molten alloy is cast, cooled, and broken into standard sizes. This ferrochrome is then supplied to stainless steel manufacturers, ensuring its utility in producing durable, corrosion-resistant materials.
Our copper is mined, crushed, concentrated through flotation, smelted to remove impurities, refined electrolytically, and cast into industrial products like wires and sheets.
Once mined, rough diamonds are carefully sorted by size, quality, and type. Advanced equipment and skilled artisans are employed to cut the diamonds into various shapes, maximizing brilliance and value. Polishing refines the diamonds to achieve the desired finish. The company ensures every diamond undergoes a thorough quality assessment before being graded, certified, and delivered to markets for use in jewelry or industrial applications such as cutting and drilling tools.
Our tin is mined, crushed, concentrated using gravity separation, smelted to extract metal, refined for purity, and formed into products like sheets, bars, or alloys.
